This policy explains what personal information Adva (tryadva.com, our store and our in-store kiosk) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and (if you give it) email address, when you create an account or buy from us.
- Delivery addresses, including the map location you choose, so we can deliver your order.
- Your orders, bills, returns, loyalty points and Adva wallet balance.
- Items you add to your cart while signed in, so we can help you complete your order.
How we use it
- To verify your mobile number with a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS.
- To process, deliver, exchange and refund your orders, and to contact you about them by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To run our loyalty points and wallet credit.
- To meet our legal and tax (GST) obligations.
Who we share it with
- Cashfree Payments processes your online payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
- Delivery partners — our local rider partner in Vijayawada and courier companies — receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your parcel.
- SMS providers send your OTP and order messages.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
You can view and edit your addresses in your account. To get a copy of your data or to have your account deleted, contact us; we will keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example, GST invoices).
Security
Your information is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to Adva staff who need it to serve you.
